Bringing Design Methodologies to Wildlife Conservation
As a designer with an in depth focus in social innovation, I use design thinking as a tool to find sustainable and impactful solutions for complex social issues. I currently specialize in design and innovation strategies for wildlife conservation such as solving for human-wildlife conflict, or my most recent work, "Endangered Activism", a project to design the future of activism.
For the last seven years I have focused my work on poverty alleviation, the refugee crisis, and natural disasters. Partnering with organizations large and small from IDEO.org to The International Rescue Committee, I have designed new initiatives for impact and scale, improved on existing systems and taught design thinking methodologies. My work is now dedicated to applying these principles toward animal welfare and uncovering unique applications for wildlife conservation.
